NO. We at Complete Floor Care will provide Corner Guards to protect hoses rounding corners, and not to damage wood trim. Most times it’s the corners that don’t get protected by cleaning companies and get damaged , not the wall’s.

Do you move furniture?
Normally in bedrooms we would go around beds, dressers, and night stands. Their is no reason to move those items because they never get foot traffic, but last weak a customer had a spill which went under dresser, so yes I did move and clean under. Dinning rooms I tell customers not to spend time emptying their hutch and just go around. Family and living rooms I will ask what you want moved, and if their is anything you just want to go around. Everything moved will receive plastic or styrofoam blocks to prevent rust or furniture stains.

* DO not replace furniture – or move any of the pads or blocks we placed under your furniture until the carpet is completely dry. This will prevent rust spots or stains caused by furniture legs to form on your carpet.
* Drying times can vary due to a number of factors, like humidity, the density of your carpet, etc. Ventilation and air circulation helps to reduce drying time.

Do You Know The Color Your Grout Should Be?
When a family moves into an existing home that has a Ceramic Tile Floor most folks except the color of the grout. Until they look into a closet or see where the old refrigerator sat they may not know what the actual color should be.

It went from an ugly dark gray color, nearly back to it’s original ivory. Kevin is very professional and far more invisible and self sufficient than one would expect given the logistics of the task and the equipment involved.
