I need to go to work / take kids to school etc. Can I just leave key under mat?
Yes. Complete Floor Care has many customers that hide a key on property or has given code to door opener. We do not want our customers to waste a payed day off or lose a few hours of work to sit as they get their carpets cleaned. Most customers if they do not work will show me which rooms are getting done and off they go with kids or just running errands. You can feel secure because your dealing with the owner and everything will be locked when job is completed.

* CAUTION: Walking from a damp carpet onto hard surface can be very slippery. For safety, we recommend that you keep children and pets off freshly cleaned carpeting until it is completely dry.
* Until carpeting is dry, minimizing traffic on it helps to prevent resoiling. Even slight amounts of moisture can easily dislodge dirt from the bottoms of feet and paws.
* DO not replace furniture – or move any of the pads or blocks we placed under your furniture until the carpet is completely dry. This will prevent rust spots or stains caused by furniture legs to form on your carpet.
* Drying times can vary due to a number of factors, like humidity, the density of your carpet, etc. Ventilation and air circulation helps to reduce drying time.

I have low water pressure with my well. How much water will you be using to clean my carpets and upholstery?
Complete Floor Care would schedule your cleaning for first job in morning. Our truck should have enough water on board to complete the entire job. If at any time I would require the need for water, we have a complete water softening system to help with any amount of hard water. Low water pressure would be perfectly fine to feed supply if needed and would not effect you using water.

Do You Know The Color Your Grout Should Be?
When a family moves into an existing home that has a Ceramic Tile Floor most folks except the color of the grout. Until they look into a closet or see where the old refrigerator sat they may not know what the actual color should be.
