Although it has been a few months since you cleaned my living room carpet, I want to write and thank you for your excellent service. It was a few years ago since I had this carpet cleaned and I was almost ready to tear it out and refinish the hardwood floor. Anyway, I decided to see if it could be cleaned and used a few more years. The first thing I appreciated about your service was the fact that you arrived at the appointed time.
